As a 50 something man I have always been overweight and suffered horribly with the drearded man boobs. After losing some weight I was stll left with substational breast tissue and skin which meant all my clothes we're still ill fitting trying to disguise this. From the first meeting with Victoria, I felt assured, comforted and in VERY capable hands. She performed what was effectively a double masectomy as my "moobs" were so out of controi. Its been six months since my surgery and I am nothing short of astonded by the results. My chest for the first time in my life has a masculine defintion, I can find clothes that fit, I have stopped hunching over trying hide from the world and I no longer feel that everyone is staring and sniggering. It's been six months since my surgery and I'm fully recovered. Whilst ther is scarring, this was expected and is far less than I thought it would be. My whole experience was nothing short of first class from the intial meetings with Victoria, the surgery itself and the extraordinary aftercare in the weeks afterwards. I can only reign praise upon Victoria and express my appreciation. I'm not sure she'll ever truly know exactly who much she has improved my quality of life both physically and mentally.

I’m not sure where to start! I have always had large breasts that exceeded my body proportions ever since I went through puberty. The changing room stresses, dramas and disappointments have been a consistent in my life for as long as I can remember. Not to mention the difficulty of exercising, the back and neck aches and the financial cost of needing swimwear and supportive bras for a 32HH bust that isn’t readily available on the high street. After two pregnancies and two rounds of extended breastfeeding I reached a point where I wanted to take control and finally feel happy and comfortable in my body. I had a free consultation with another clinic but I didn’t gel with the surgeon at all so I then continued to research and found Victoria and enquired about booking a consultation. She even rang me to chat through any questions I had on the phone prior to booking the consultation as she had some time and could tell I was deflated and disappointed with how my previous consultation had gone. From that moment on I have never looked back! I knew instantly from meeting Victoria that she was the one I wanted to do the surgery. She is so approachable and friendly and gets the balance right between being professional but also human. She took time to understand everything I hoped for, gave me ample time to ask questions and gave comprehensive answers in a way I understood. She was upfront about anything that she wouldn’t be able to do or if there were no guarantees. So I put my complete trust in her and she totally delivered! I am 1 month post op and recovery has genuinely been pretty much seamless. I had a minor concern a few days post op and a quick call to the hospital who spoke with Victoria and all was confirmed ok. The aftercare has been great and I am so thrilled with the results. You can tell from the incisions how extremely skilled and meticulous she is and I really don’t think I will have very noticeable scars at all after they have matured. I have followed the aftercare instructions to the letter and have had a totally smooth and genuinely pretty much pain free experience! Uncomfortable at times yes, but never real pain. I also have to say a massive thank you to Victoria’s wonderful PA Lisa who I really appreciated being so responsive (like minutes responsive!), friendly and helpful whenever I would message her. She is a real asset to the whole process. It can be a scary and intimidating process and often with any sort of elective surgery there is some stigma and I certainly questioned whether I was taking an unnecessary risk having major surgery but I would do this 100 times over, but only ever this way with Victoria and her team. I will be forever grateful and would recommend Victoria to anyone considering any form of breast surgery.

Dr Victoria Teoh was amazing! From my first consultation she explained everything and made me feel at ease. On surgery day everything went well & every member of the team made me feel welcome, reassured and well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and the after care was also great. If I had any questions Victoria was always happy to help and offer advice and reassurance. The bilateral breast reduction has been life changing. The results have surpassed my expectations. I am so much happier in myself due to this surgery. It was the best decision and I can highly recommend Victoria and the team at the Nuffield. The chronic back pain I had been suffering with for over 10 years due to my large bust, has gone. My quality of life has improved in so many ways. Best decision. I was thinking about breast reduction for a long time as I wasn’t really confident, having two kids and long term breastfeeding caused lots of back pain due to very heavy and big breasts. I contacted my GP and waited for a year to be seen, but nothing was really happening until I decided to go privately as had enough. Searching for breast reduction I really didn’t know who to decide. I never had any surgery’s before and I don’t really wear much make up or do my nails either so it was a difficult decision. Then I find Miss Victoria Teoh on google did all research, read reviews she looked sympathetic to me and I thought having a woman surgeon I will be feeling more comfortable with. We had two meetings before surgery and Miss Teoh was calm, very professional and made sure I don’t miss any information. Nuffield hospital in Kent was very clean, professional, friendly and they make sure I had everything I need. I had a whatsapp contact where I can ask questions any time I need.
When I was speaking to Miss Teoh I was nervous and I wasn’t really sure what size I really wanted, but she showed me some examples.
She also recommended that I should have an iron drip before operation as I was bit anaemic and honestly that was a great choice as I feel so energetic and good after it. Having two small kids it was what I needed and will get it again in the future.
Day of operation: everyone was looking after me so well and I met everyone who was included in the process. That day I just brought a printed picture of a breast that I find on google a night before and showed to Miss Teoh saying I want something like that and I want them to look more natural. As I have not much idea about breast sizing and I also wanted them to be quite small as I was size F.
She was so confident, she could tell straight away what she needed to do, she noticed little details and she was very friendly and funny in some moments. She really made me feel comfortable and safe. I was pretty scared and excited at the same time. When they took me to the operating room it only took a few minutes before I was sedated. Waking up took longer than I expected and Miss Teoh come to see me after and showed me the results.
It was a big shock for the first time to see myself, but now I can’t even look back at my old breasts.
First day I almost haven’t had any pain. It took about 3 full months to fully heal and the first month I was in pain, but everything was settling very well and I haven’t had any issues.
I have never felt so confident in my life.
Woow woow ,woow, I honestly recommend this to every woman who ever thought about getting a breast reduction! It is worth the pain.
I am so glad that I chose Miss Victoria Teoh as she did exactly as I ask and show her that picture. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical, beautiful size, looking natural and I couldn’t wish for better. She just knows what needs to be done and how. Very professional and I will choose her again.

I’m 6 weeks post op and couldn’t be happier in my decision to choose Victoria as my surgeon for my breast reduction. This is something I had wanted done for nearly half of my whole life due to having such a large chest on a 5’1 frame, and losing a significant amount of weight in the last couple of years which has resulted in a loss of volume and loose skin.
Victoria and her team have been amazing from the very start, communication has been so fast and friendly, and Victoria’s expertise has put what is normally an anxious mind completely at ease throughout the entire process. From the first consultation I felt completely confident that it would be the right decision to choose Victoria as my surgeon.
This was my first ever surgery and have been taken care of the whole way through by Victoria, Lisa and Rob, as well as the amazing staff at Nuffield hospital.
I’ve put in a lot hard work to change my life and body the last couple of years, and after spending so long being self-conscious and struggling with pain I am now able to look in the mirror every day and feel truly confident in the way I look. This surgery has been completely life changing.

I chose Miss Teoh for my Bilateral Breast Reduction based on the amazing reviews I had seen online. And from the very first consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. Victoria was very understanding, sympathetic and attentive to my needs. I felt very confident from our first discussion that I would achieve a great outcome. She took time to understand the challenges I was facing and the outcome I hoped to achieve. She then explained what would happen each step of the way, ensured I understood everything we had discussed and that any questions or concerns I had were answered. At 3 months post surgery I am incredibly happy and grateful to Victoria for the results achieved, which were beyond what I thought would be possible. I went to Dr Victoria Teoh for breast implant replacement surgery. From my first consultation she listened to me and fully explained all of my options. This type of appointment is always difficult however Victoria and her team are wonderful. I found there to be genuine warmth and empathy as soon as I was shown into the consulting room.
