This type of appointment is always difficult however Victoria and her team are wonderful. I found there to be genuine warmth and empathy as soon as I was shown into the consulting room. Victoria has a friendly manner which puts you at ease, a direct way of speaking to you, ensuring you feel you are her focus. Excellent experience with Miss Victoria Teoh. She clearly has a very empathetic and caring nature. I went to her for advice, she listened to all my concerns and gave me very clear advice at each stage including my initial consultation, on the day of surgery as well as at my follow-up consultations. I felt very reassured by her and felt I was in good safe hands. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome, such amazing results!
